Krystal Marie Ball
Krystal Marie Balm (born November 24 in 1980) is an American journalist and political commentator. She was previously a political candidate, as well as a television host at MSNBC and a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post and former co-host of the show The Hill's Rising together with Saagar Enjeti. Enjeti and Ball have announced that they will leave the show in May 2021 and start Breaking Points, a new independent venture that will be hosted by Krystal as well as Saagar. Ball hosts Krystal Kyle & Friends. She has been a guest on Fox News, CNN, Fox News, Fox News, Fox News, as well as programs like Real Time With Bill Maher. In 2020, Ball is married to Jonathan Dariyanani. Ball credits her passion for politics to the reality that she became a mom in the 2008 presidential primaries and was also able to observe the US presidential election results while living in Jordan. She was able see the impact it had on the citizens of Jordan and gained an appreciation for the worldwide reach of US politics. She was a Senior Fellow with the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party candidate for Congress in Virginia's 1st district. She lost to Rob Wittman in 2010. She hosted The Cycle, a MSNBC television show she co-hosted from June 2012 through August 2015. In May of 2017, she founded the People's House Project, a political action committee working for Democratic causes.
